Is an e-signature legally binding?
Electronic signatures are recognised for most business agreements in the UK, EU and US. Every agreement records consent, the signer’s details, time and IP address, and a fingerprint of the exact document signed. For contracts that legally need a wet signature or witness, use those instead.
How do my clients pay?
By card through your own connected Stripe account, by Direct Debit through your own GoCardless account, or by bank transfer using the details on the invoice. Payments go directly to you.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They get a private link that works on any device. They can choose options, ask questions, sign and pay without signing up.
Can I send a contract or invoice without a proposal?
Yes. Send any agreement for signature, such as an NDA or a statement of work, or bill a client directly. Everything appears in the same pipeline.
Will it connect to my CRM?
HubSpot and Pipedrive connect directly: each proposal gets a deal that moves as your client opens, accepts and signs. For other CRMs, such as Salesforce, use the REST API and webhooks, or Zapier or Make.
